Business Name: Rosaflora Canada Immigration Corp.

Welcome to the website of Rosaflora Canada Immigration Corp. By using this website, contacting us, submitting a general assessment, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information Only

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, immigration advice specific to your situation, or a guarantee of eligibility or approval.

Every immigration case is different. You should not rely only on website information to make decisions about your immigration matter.

2. No Consultant-Client Relationship Until Accepted

Contacting us, submitting a general assessment, sending a message, or booking an inquiry does not automatically create a consultant-client relationship.

A consultant-client relationship is established only when Rosaflora Canada Immigration Corp. agrees to provide services and the required agreement, payment, and authorization documents are completed, where applicable.

3. Immigration Decisions

Rosaflora Canada Immigration Corp. may assist with immigration assessment, consultation, document preparation, application review, representation, and related services.

However, all final decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), provincial immigration authorities, Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), or other relevant government bodies.

We do not guarantee approval, processing times, outcomes, or decisions.

4. General Assessment

Any general assessment submitted through our website is for preliminary review only.

A general assessment does not replace a full consultation, detailed eligibility review, document review, or professional representation.

After a general assessment, we may recommend a paid consultation, a more detailed assessment, or formal representation depending on the situation.

5. CaseEasy and Detailed Case Management

After the initial general assessment, if you choose to proceed further, we may use CaseEasy or another case management platform to collect more detailed information, documents, forms, and case records.

Use of any third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that all information and documents you provide must be truthful, complete, accurate, and up to date.

You are responsible for informing us immediately of any changes in your circumstances, including changes in marital status, family composition, employment, education, immigration history, refusals, criminal history, medical conditions, contact information, or other relevant matters.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or withheld information may negatively affect your application and may result in refusal, inadmissibility findings, or other consequences.

7. Fees and Payments

Consultation fees, professional fees, government fees, third-party fees, and other charges will be explained before services are provided.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, government fees, biometric fees, medical examination fees, language test fees, credential assessment fees, courier fees, translation fees, school fees, and other third-party costs are separate from professional fees.

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable invoice, agreement, or communication.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, work already completed, and the terms of the signed agreement or invoice.

Fees for consultations, assessments, completed work, administrative work, document review, strategy preparation, and services already performed may be non-refundable.

Any refund request will be reviewed according to the applicable service agreement and circumstances.

9. Communication

We may communicate with you by email, phone, text message, social media messaging, video call, case management platform, or other reasonable methods.

You are responsible for checking your messages regularly and responding promptly to requests for information or documents.

Delays in providing required information may affect service timelines or application preparation.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, terms, or privacy practices of external websites.

11. Website Availability

We try to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or up to date.
