Our Story

My journey to Canada began in 2014 as a caregiver. After years of sacrifice, family separation, and navigating the immigration system firsthand, I became a Permanent Resident, a Canadian citizen, and eventually a licensed RCIC. Today, I help individuals and families pursue their own Canadian dreams through honest guidance and practical immigration solutions.

From Caregiver to Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

My name is Reniel Morado Flores, RCIC, founder of Rosaflora Canada Immigration.

Before becoming an immigration consultant, I was an immigrant pursuing the same dream that brings many people to Canada today: the hope of building a better future for my family.

In April 2014, I arrived in Canada as a caregiver. Like many newcomers, I came with determination, faith, and the willingness to make sacrifices for the people I loved. One of the most difficult sacrifices was being separated from my wife and our three children while I worked toward permanent residence in Canada.

The years that followed were filled with challenges, uncertainty, and countless hours of paperwork. While others often see immigration as forms and applications, I experienced firsthand the emotional side of the journey—the waiting, the sacrifices, the missed family moments, and the hope that one day the separation would be worth it.

In 2016, I applied for Permanent Residence through the Live-in Caregiver Program. In 2018, I proudly became a Permanent Resident of Canada. In 2023, I became a Canadian citizen.

Those milestones were not simply immigration achievements. They represented years of perseverance, hard work, and a dream that slowly became reality.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I chose to turn uncertainty into opportunity. In 2020, I began studying immigration law and practice, motivated by a desire to help others navigate the same system that had shaped my own life. In 2021, I became a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

That journey led to the creation of Rosaflora Canada Immigration.

The name Rosaflora was inspired by my mother, whose encouragement and support played an important role in my journey to Canada. It reminds me of the importance of family, perseverance, and the opportunities that can come from sacrifice and hope.

Today, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families pursue their own Canadian dreams. Whether someone is seeking to study, work, reunite with loved ones, or build a future in Canada, I understand that every application represents something deeply personal.

Having lived through the challenges, sacrifices, and paperwork myself, I know that immigration is about much more than forms and procedures. Behind every file is a person, a family, a story, and a future.

That is why our philosophy is simple:

People Before Paperwork.

We listen before we recommend. We assess before we act. We believe in honest guidance, practical solutions, and treating every client with respect and compassion.

Thank you for visiting Rosaflora Canada Immigration. We look forward to being part of your Canadian journey.
